Reeked of marijuana, carpets are extremely dirty. Front desk after hours staff was very apologetic and had great customer service.

On the outside has a “motel” feel, but inside the rooms have been upgraded, rooms are well maintained, and the location is perfect to areas of interest for tourists. Staff is excellent and accommodating.

No supplies in the room. Had to pay extra for those. Cockroach’s. Poor condition of the whole property and room. Location was good. Staff were friendly but service at the counter was slow. Travel often and this was by far the worst place I have stayed at.

IAAPA 2024 Trip

Great value hotel for a 7 day trip. Beds weren’t the greatest and we both woke up sore each morning. Other than the beds comfort it’s a great hotel with a stove, microwave, kitchen counter and sink.

I liked the location of the hotel. The customer service was horrible. The hotel has roaches. The cable did not work. There was mold and rotten wood in the hotel rooms and hallways. Several of the outlets did not work. The room was not cleaned properly go there was hair and grime at the base of the toilet in my bathroom.

Location is great. The room we had was a hot mess no cold water roaches and manager not a nice person at all. Ill never stay at that property again. Sketchy people hanging out front doesnt feel safe at night

Elijah checked me in with a smile and pleasant greeting and was very attentive because he welcomed every guest that came in an to the front desk acknowledging them all assuring them that he cared and not feeling ignored or invisible which is great customer service I'm in the service industry and I must say you don't see quality customer service like that much it was a pleasure staying there and would definitely go back an recommend it to others especially when Elijah is at the front to greet you Speedy Roadside Rescue

Staff were awesome. Room was clean. At first glance even appears modern in style. Upon closer inspection the furniture was worn out and banged up. Very odd smell in hallway and different but equally odd smell when entering my room. Though the smell became unnoticeable until the next time I’d leave then return. I’d they gave the hallways and lobby area a fresh coat of paint and new carpeting this would easily be a 4 star hotel for me.

Horrible! Smelt so bad from who knows what. I didn’t have high expectations but I did expect livable conditions. Then charged me $155 for the night when I was canceling the remaining 2 days I had booked. I switched to Spark by Hilton, which is two hotels down which I was really impressed with the customer service and cleanliness, they even let me checkin at 7am because I couldn’t stand being at the Extended Stay anymore.

The only good thing when I stayed over were the staff, as they were professional throughout. The entire hotel itself was just bad. My hotel room carpet was sticky, tv did not work at all. Shower only had cold water. The fridge had stains all over it. The stove top was dirty too, hell even upon entry into the room, there was a some trash left over from the last guest that was there. I've been to quite a few Extended Stay American Hotels but they were good stays. This has to have been the worst hotel of this brand that I have ever stayed at. I feel sorry for the staff that have to work at this establishment, the whole hotel seems rundown, it could definitely be alot better, and a hell of a lot cleaner. Forgot to mention, the towels were not clean and so was the bathtub. Also the towel rack itself was broken when we were there. This place needs alot of improvement in cleanliness and facility improvements.

I have stayed in an Extended Stay before and it was clean and nice. So, I assumed it was the same level of service I would get. However, the room was filty. There was hair on the bed. When I requested new sheets, it still had hair on it. The floors were so dirty to the point I ended up trashing the sandals I wore around the room. The dishes that was given to me was so dirty I had to run it under extreme hot water. I couldn't get another hotel because everything was either sold out or the price had skyrocketed due to a conference. Some of the staffs we also not polite and I regret staying there. The facility itself was run down and people were smoking weed in the building.

Things need to be updated

I’ve never left a negative review before, but there were so many thing that were wrong with this hotel. The furniture in the room need a major over haul. The fridge was clean inside unit looks like the. Fridays I have outside at my house (rusted and old) the microwave looked like it hasn’t been cleaned ever, the night stand. And dresser had the finish peeling off. The room looked like someone left a dog or animal unattended and it took to the walls The service to check in took a long time (granted I did arrive late) The TV didn’t work and when unreported it they said it won’t get fixed til after my stay. They advertise free wifi but said they will charge u for streaming service. (Hopefully I don’t get charged since I had to watch on my laptop since the tv didn’t work) The room smelled like someone burned something cooking and to top it off the morning of my last day there was no hot water. The only positive was the price and you got what u paid for and I will say that the employees where nice and welcoming.

Upon check in the place smelled TERRIBLE, the manager checked us in, warned us hot water was out for the night and would be back on in the morning, she was polite. We went to our room, bedding was dirty (had food in it) towels were dirty, their was hair all over bathroom counter and such, we went to the lobby got fresh bedding, went to the store for cleaning supplies when we came back we saw roaches in the bathroom and our ankles were being bitten by fleas, we contacted expedia support but they were unable to help the first night.we toughed it out and cleaned the room and made fresh bed and reset bathroom ourselves. We went to univeral early morning came back to a note stating the hot water would be off for 5 days, contacted expedia support, they refunded 2/3 nights we booked. All in all the hotel was terrible, the staff was polite atleast.... would not recommend.
