"Stayed with family of 4 for one night. Lots of parking when we went. Clean hotel and room. Staff was respectful. Would come and stay again in the future."

"When we got to the hotel, very late at night, our sheets were wet and the mattress was wet, there were no trash cans in the room, and it was clear that some of the towels had been used. Upon telling management they gave us new sheets and continued to express that they would talk to their manager about the problems. There was always a new person we always got the same answer. Finally we were assured that we would given a refund for the lack of attention to our room upon arrival and we were told to have expedia call them to arrange the details, their phone line has been disconnected. It felt incredibly unprofessional and I am not one to complain, but this was an unpleasant experience. "

"The staff was very friendly. I appreciated that! I booked this room at least minute and didn’t realize it was huge. I felt I got more bang for the buck. As soon as my head hit the pillow, I fell asleep really quickly and got my much needed rest before heading back to the airport. I didn’t get a chance to swim, but the pool looked nice. "

"The bedding was subpar. The sheets were too small for the bed. The traffic noise from the highway was noticeably audible. Very little hot water in the morning. The attendants at breakfast were slow to refill, no hot tea bags. The trash was overflowing. No ice in the coke dispenser. The quality was noticeably lacking compared to the previous stays at your hotel. We are looking at other hotels for our next visit."
