"The host “Laura” was very welcoming. The house was very comfortable for 5 adults and 4 children. Everyone had their own space lots of room to spread out. We rented ATV’s from Ridin Dirty Rentals the business at the corner and had a blast at the dunes! The kids loved all the video games too!"

"We enjoyed our visit at the Cozy Crab Cottage. The decor was fun and the house is decorated very cute. It had everything we needed. Wayne was incredibly helpful and offered suggestions for charter services, hikes, dining, etc. He was very quick to respond and very attentive to our needs. The hot tub was nice and the fenced yard was great for our pets. "

"Review: We absolutely loved our stay at this Luxurious Hilltop Home with Direct Dune Access and would definitely stay again! The property was clean, welcoming, and in a fantastic location with excellent parking. Being able to take a super short drive (about a block) to the dunes instead of trailering made the trip so much more enjoyable. We had 5 SxS’s, 3 trucks, and trailers — and there was plenty of room.The views were beautiful (when the Oregon fog lifted, of course!), and overall the property fit our needs perfectly. As a property manager, real estate broker, and vacation rental owner myself, my expectations are always high, and this home delivered. We did share a couple of minor items with the owner that haven’t yet been addressed, but nothing that would keep us from recommending this place highly.The only real clarification I’d suggest is about the hot tub — it’s a 2-person spa, not a full-size, and it does need better maintenance. Other than that, this property was fantastic. We’ll absolutely stay here again the next time we head back to Oregon!"

"The staff was great but the property is a bit dated. The bed was comfortable enough. The bathroom sink drains very slowy it almost filled the sink before I was able to get hot water. Overall I would give it a 3 because the staff was very helpful and nice it made the stay more pleasant "

"We stayed here during a fishing trip we had out of Winchester bay. The house sells itself short in the photos. It truly was an awesome house to stay at! My buddies and I were in awe when we first got got in and saw how cool this house really is. We were able to hang outside on the deck to enjoy the evening views when we got back. The amount of comfortable seating was insane, we all got to spread out after a long day. Our only thing was our trip was too short, could've stayed another day to just enjoy the house! We'll be back again, Thanks! "
