"Great staff."

"It's a very simple building but still easy to get warm despite it being cold enough to snow overnight. The property was clean and tidy, and the choice of furniture and fittings was well thought out. It was easy to find and located at the front of the farm just off a quiet dirt track, it's like having the place to yourself, which is exactly what I wanted. I spent one of the days in the Cabin and walking to the state forest preserve without driving, but there are plenty of restaurants and grocery stores in the nearby towns. I definitely recommend it."

"I loved this place. All the little extras got my attention. Very clean. A little surprise of a little duck sitting in bathroom. Loved the seasonal creamers available for coffee. Breakfast was hot and there was a variety. Staff were great."

"Booked for a girls weekend and it was perfect! The cabin is large! Enough space for big families. We didn’t end up taking out the canoes but we did enjoy the fire pit and afternoon lounging overlooking the water. So peaceful and truly relaxing. There’s a grocery store less than 10 minutes away. The kitchen was fully stocked with cookware and utensils and some spices. Love this because they usually aren’t and we always stay in and cook at these types of cabin rentals. It was a pleasant surprise! The rooms were nice sized and beds were comfortable. We loved the sauna and enjoyed it the whole weekend. Communications with the host were top notch! Brittney was always quick to respond and provide solutions or information when needed. 11/10 star rating. "

"This perfect place complemented a perfect trip. We had 4 adults and 1 child - so had some bed sharing, however, it was all very comfortable, due to the spacious floor plan and two bathrooms. Everything was as advertised - and better. Truly a beautiful home in a fabulous location. Thank you for hosting and making it so easy!"
