My home from home

Always love my stay here. It has everything you need and walkable to Orange and Chapman. Been staying here for over 2 years, probably 5/6 visits, to visit my Chapman student.

Old Towne Oasis

We absolutely loved this beautiful apartment. It was well stocked, clean and in a beautiful area. Priscilla is a lovely host and we would highly recommend these accommodations. Definitely a fiver plus star listing.

Weekend in Old Town Orange

We had a wonderful stay! The unit is beautiful decorated, very comfortable, with a great kitchen that had everything we needed. Sunny, view of palm trees, and proximity to the center of old Town of Orange made this an excellent experience for our family. The fragrance of orange blossoms from the large tree on the property made it even more special. Priscilla is an awesome host,

Very well appointed apartment, walking distance to the circle in downtown Orange. Perfect for small families. Very clean with tasteful furnishings and decor. Kitchen and bathroom equipped with everything we needed and nothing we didn’t. Comfortable beds. Priscilla really wants you to enjoy your stay and it shows.

We love this property. Spacious and clean. Kitchen is well equipped. So convenient for walking to shops and restaurants. This is our second stay and we are back again in December. Priscilla is always fast to respond to any questions you may have

Very comfortable and convenient

My sisters and I were visiting our brother for his birthday. He lives in Orange and Old Towne accommodations was an excellent central location for our activities of visiting and browsing antique shops. Pricilla was very gracious and helpful. Old Towne apartment was very clean, comfortable and convenient. We would definitely stay again. We highly recommend.

Cute and Cozy

Super functional space with all needs met! We frequently come to Orange to visit our son who goes to Chapman University, so we experience a lot of different accommodations. I loved this one for the privacy as the entrance is behind a gate and up some stairs. It’s compact but very serviceable, with separate kitchen, small dining space, living room area, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. Everything is well-stocked! There is also a private table with chairs sitting area downstairs outside and two chairs at the top of the stairs that my husband enjoyed sitting in to catch some sun! My younger son was particularly satisfied with the comfort of the twin bed he slept on in the second bedroom containing two twin beds. As we are coming back for our son’s graduation in May, he could not be happier!

Wonderful Treehouse in Old Towne Orange

We had previously stayed here when we were moving our son into his house 4 years ago when he began law school at Chapman U. This visit was to attend his graduation! My husband and I joined our daughter who had flown in from NYC for the graduation. After graduation, we were working on his move out; daughter left, and son Jack stayed one night after his apartment had been emptied. Priscilla was so very patient with me, as I was unsure how many more days I needed to finish all the loose ends of the move out. The space is bright, very clean, and cheerful. The beds are very comfortable; everything was perfect. The kitchen is well stocked for cooking, and Priscilla had some welcome beverages in the fridge! The location is very close to Chapman University, as well as to the charming shops and restaurants of Old Towne Orange. It was bittersweet leaving this morning; I hope I have another opportunity to stay here again to visit this town.

Clean and cute...but

Pros: the place was immaculate. The kitchen was well equipped. The area seems safe and would be a nice place to go for a walk. There's shops and restaurants. It's 15 min from Disney. The downside: the drier malfunctions, the door locks are hard to open and the pillows are cheap, lumpy and uncomfortable. There's a warning about the dryer in the handbook, that it doesn't shut off, but this is a fire hazard and it needs to be replaced. There's no warning on the drier itself. This is dangerous and at the very least will ruin your clothes. The door lock also needs replacing. I don't think I would stay here again because of this.

Top spot in Orange

Loved staying here. It was convenient to cute Old Town, Angel Stadium and Disneyland. Only regret we didn’t spend more time in the apartment. It was sunny and pleasant, comfortable, kitchen fully outfitted. Our host even had flowers for us.Highly recommended.

Chapman Graduation near Old Towne Orange!

This is the second time that my husband, son and I have stayed at Priscilla’s apartment, within walking distance to The Circle and Chapman University. We were back this time for our son’s graduation from Chapman and fyi, we booked Priscilla’s place a year and a half before Commencement weekend! There is a flight of stairs up to the front door of the apartment. There are a couple chairs at the top of the stairs to read or just enjoy the sun. The space is bright and welcoming. The beds are comfortable, the kitchen is equipped, and the a/c keeps the space nicely cooled! There is a parking space for 1 vehicle in the driveway in front of the single car garage opening. Priscilla was kind enough to let us check-in 30 min early, as we were all travel weary and longing for a nap! We will miss coming to Orange, and staying at Priscilla’s apartment. We wholeheartedly recommend it!

We stayed here for my daughter’s graduation. The apartment was beautifully decorated and I felt peaceful as soon as I walked in. The location was perfect. It was in walking distance to great restaurants and shops. I would definitely stay here again.

Perfect getaway

This is an ideal place for exploring Orange County. We spent two days at Disneyland and a day at beaches. The place was clean and easily accessible. It was a nice place to relax after a busy day.
