"Great hotel. My family stays here every time that we visit Knotts. It’s a short walk to the park. Be aware the hotel will charge you for the first nights stay a few days prior to your arrival and parking is $20 per night if you don’t book direct. Customer service is excellent and the entire building is very clean. Room service is great. "

"The room was clean and the sofa pads and cushions were stained. The employees were kind and there were not many occasions to meet. We took a dog with us, and we didn't have any water bottles or snacks ready for him, and we didn't ask him if he needed any. If you're going with a pet, you'd better bring everything. We had two swimming pools, but the rooftop and the first floor are all clean. But the rooftop feels like only adults, and the first floor is great for kids.
