We did get locked outside during brunch and a customer had to let us in. We were eating and an employee closed the door and didn’t bother to see if we were outside. But still loved the hotel."

"if you want a youth hostel experience at hotel prices this is the place. The rooms are tiny and poorly ventilated, so must be very hot in high summer. The toilets and showers are shared in classic hostel style. I expect the hotel thinks the décor is quirky. The staff are friendly, but nothing can help this. Next time I'll stay in the Premier Inn!"

"On the whole, we were very happy with our stay here. However, there was one issue that caused us a problem in our apartment (306). Sometimes, there was a strong smell of sewerage on the upper floors but at other times it was ok. We couldn't work out if it was the drains or the air con. This was reported twice to reception and was acted upon both times but was never fully resolved."
