"The experience at this property was beautiful The staff were very courteous and very helpful making the experience unforgettable. The directions to this property during the night was not very clear on google maps or iPhone maps. They have transportation from Mysore to the resort. I would highly recommend their transportation. ideally taking Vande Barat train from Chennai or Bangalore to Mysore. They have a 3 bdrm bed and breakfast villa in Mysore. "Enjoyed every moment at the Gateway, Coonoor. The food is delicious & comfortable clean rooms. "

"Excellent service and very peaceful location, even though slightly steep last few 100 yards for the car. Nice view from the room and property in general. Staff and cook are very very polite. Rooms were clean and organized. Bathrooms were also clean, although slightly wet after they clean (hosts can perhaps look into this and ensure bathrooms are wiped after cleaning). This was only reason for for a 4-star rating on “rooms” (instead of 5-star rating)."
