"Reception struggled to find our reservation at check in. Room was basic, Very hard double bed. Kettle and a jug of water was supplied at check in, no further water given and room does not get made up. We were in the main building annexe and it obviously had not been used for some time, smelt and felt damp. I know we are in the mountains and should expect lower temperatures. We were told hot water would only be available 7-10 both mornings and evenings but we had to ring reception several times...
