Staff wasn’t overly helpful, one of the worse apartments I ever stayed at! Reception hours stated that it closes at 5pm yet when I rang I was told 4pm shut and had to check in online and wasn’t helpful. It was as hard as a rock , perhaps reception could have mattress toppers on hand should you need it which would have made all the difference from a good stay to a great stay . Room felt dirty, stains on built in couch and decorative covers on the end of the bed, all wine glasses in the room were visibly dirty - clearly had been wiped out with a dirty rag.
