"This is one of the BEST I have rented. The place is beautiful, quiet and spacious. There were 12 of us and we had plenty of room. The hostess was very pleasant. The master bedroom was absolutely delightful. Everything was set up. The kitchen, the amenities. If ever in the area, this is the place."

"The osprey nest is a beautiful property. I especially liked the porch a d surrounding conservation grounds. Bedrooms were comfortable and abundant. Bathrooms a little less so. The beach was easily accessible and lovely but not as private as Ivwould like because it is shared with daycampers all by with their counselors and lifeguard and music. However it became quieter and nicer in the late afternoons"

"Overall, completely satisfied. Beautiful view of park across from us. Walking distance to everything. Amphitheater with live band was a special treat! Wonderful view from the Beach and it was not over crowded. Memories for a lifetime!"

"This beautiful apartment is directly across from beach, kayak & paddle board rentals a nice pavilion with live music (at least while we were there), a sidewalk along the bay and plenty of restaurants. The beds are nice, there is plenty of room and the a/c was key for sleeping. I’d absolutely recommend this apartment."

"We enjoyed our low key girls weekend together for sure! Apartment was spacious and stocked for a day at the beach with chairs and towels. It was good way to wind down and enjoy the end of a busy summer with dear friends! Carolyn was very helpful when a small bag was left behind. Highly recommend…..if you are brave enough to tackle the Cape traffic everything is a short drive away! We chose to stay and enjoy and there was plenty of room to get comfortable and relax!"

"We had a great experience staying in the crab house. The cottage was well maintained and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The staff was friendly, helpful, and genuinely care. Ken was fantastic, you can really tell he cares about ensuring guests have a great experience. 10/10 experience, would recommend this spot to anyone looking for a great stay on the cape."
