"Overall the home was comfortable and well equipped. But...When driving up to the home, initially, we were a bit concerned of the condition of the home from the outside. The outside condition was lacking care, tidiness and neatness. When entering home from the ground floor near garage, it was very dark and damp. Making our way around ground floor to the main level was concerning. I personally would not like staying in bedroom on ground floor. Once on the main floor and then third floor, we were pleasantly surprised of the inside condition, which was very nice and comfortable. On the main floor, kitchen well supplied, one bedroom with hall full bath, well equipped. Upper floor, 2 large bedrooms with hall full bath, well equipped. The living area of the home is nice and taken care of, looks like work is in progress to up-date the home over all. Again, once we settled into the main area of the home, it was very nice and comfortable."

"This is a cute home in a quiet neighborhood. It comes with plenty of kitchen utensils to do any of your cooking. I will say that some of the nonstick pans were pretty scraped up so we avoided those, but there are a couple stainless steel pots available. The living area was comfortable, the bedrooms were comfortable enough, and the covered area on the back deck was a nice area to relax. We didn't use the grill, but it's there if you want to BBQ. The main room's door didn't close completely, but that's really the only other minor issue that I found at the house. Overall, it was a good experience, in a good location, in a very peaceful area, and very comfortable overall. Kudos to the host and staff!"

"Our family of 6 had a great time staying at Jim & Kristen’s home! The house was very clean, well stocked and comfortable for our group. The neighborhood is extremely quiet and the neighbors are very friendly. We loved eating outside on the large deck for breakfasts and dinner. The hosts were very responsive and pleasant to deal with. It was a great central location for our travels around Cape Cod/Boston. We would highly recommend staying at their house and if we are in the Wareham area in the future, we would definitely stay here again!"
