"A quiet place to make reasonably loud memories with loved ones. Having a comfortable place to relax after the day's adventures and enjoying the laughter of our friendly banter... this was a great place to stay. We went back in February for Valentine's Day, I'm not sure why I can't leave a review on that particular stay, but it was so fantastic. The owners were so thoughtful and left us a little goodie basket that included delicious scones! And it was so thoughtful that there was at least 3 of everything in there, so that no one felt like the odd one out. I absolutely adore this place, and anytime we're going to Johnson City, Blanco, Hye, Fredericksburg, or even someone's to Austin- it's worth the drive to stay here."

"Overall stay was awesome!! Kitchen had everything we needed and more! The games, added touches like dog bowls and all the available amenities were great!! Enjoyed the hot tub and the big hit for our group was the tee box and putting green!!Stairs were a bit treacherous for our older family members inside and outside. Didn’t end up being able to heat pool - communication with host/management was great though!! Did supplement some supplies but we were a big group and it worked out fine. A few small things could use some attention but it also gave the place character and homey feeling. Our family had a great time had a wonderful place!!"

"Lovely property. Really enjoyed the hot tub, ping pong, golf areas. The house layout is a little quirky but it worked out fine for our group of 12. This is a great place to spend the weekend outside. We had a great weekend and loved the bocce/golf area. "

"We had a great weekend at the yurt, the tree is gorgeous, the yurt clean and well appointed, the property nice and private. We enjoyed staying in as well as going on outings to Blanco, Dripping Springs, and Wimberley."

"We had a wonderful stay at the main house, and we found it to be very clean and well-maintained. However, we did encounter a slight issue with the kitchen equipment. Specifically, there were only three small pots, none of which had lids, and only one frying pan available. Considering that the house accommodates sixteen guests, the kitchen could definitely benefit from an upgrade in terms of pots and pans. While the stove and oven are excellent, the limited cookware makes preparing meals for a large group somewhat challenging.Regarding the in-law suite, while it comfortably sleeps eight people, it features only one very small bathroom. The property listing indicates 3.5 bathrooms, but unfortunately, access to the other 2.5 bathrooms is not very convenient. We feel that this area of the house could benefit from a more thorough cleaning.Despite the minor kitchen and bathroom issues we encountered, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would gladly return to this property in the future."
