"This property was absolutely amazing! Itβs a beautiful, high-end home with every amenity you could possibly want. From the pool and games to pickleball, basketball, the trampoline, movie room, party barn, fully equipped kitchen(s), grill, and incredible outdoor spaces, everything was so thoughtfully done. There was plenty of space for everyone, whether we wanted to have fun or simply relax.We made so many wonderful memories here and would absolutely love to come back! Check-in was seamless, communication was excellent, and the entire experience was fantastic. Highly recommend!"

"Wonderful property! We had plenty of room to spread out and thoroughly enjoyed using the amenities outside. We loved seeing the deer at dusk and the house was in close proximity to Blanco, Dripping Springs and Fredericksburg for outings."

"We loved our stay here! Super cute, easy to find, and all of the thoughtful touches were very nice. Outside of the master the rooms were a little smaller than expected. The kitchen and the wash rooms were fully stocked with everything that you needed. The check-out process was super simple. We will make this another home away from home when we are in the area!"

"Austin Vacation Rentals was a great host-they answered any & all questions prior to & during. We enjoyed our time at Mystic Enchantment & will definitely be back. The house was very clean with very comfortable beds, linens & towels. The kitchen was very spacious with commercial appliances. A very large walk in pantry held all of our food for the long weekend. The dining room had a table that seated 10 & the kitchen had a table that seated 5 along with barstools for an additional 4 people to sit. We spent majority of our time outside around the pool area. The back porch had large rocking chairs that is where we spent most mornings enjoying our coffee. There is a nice sitting area under the large trees that provide shade for the pool area. There area tables, chairs, fire pit & a bbq pit that can be ran off propane (on one side) or charcoal (on the other side). There is a hot tub, but being July in Texas we didn't bother with it. The pool is where we spent most of our days. The game room had a pool table that kept the "big kids" as well as the teenagers entertained. The teenagers enjoyed the game room since it gave them a space away from the adults. The garage apartment had 4 queen beds (2 beds in a bedroom) with a small kitchen (refrigerator, microwave, stove, coffee maker, etc) with a bathroom & shower. This was a great space & was so nice to have the kitchen where we didn't have to go to the main house. The house is in a very quiet neighborhood. We can't wait to come back!"

"Upon arrival, there were issues and I had difficulty reaching VRBO management; however, the next morning management contacted me and the issues were swiftly resolved.The interior of the home was very clean. The exterior was in need of some TLC. The porches were in dire need of being swept or hosed down. The sewer tanks are located right outside the back door so the stench is rather strong going to & from the pool, garage and garage apartment. The only other inconvenience was the lack of an upstairs shower."

"This is a very clean and comfortable house. Itβs quiet, comfortable, close to good eating, Pedernales State Park, and Johnson City. There is a microwave, toaster oven and full size fridge. I will come back!!!!"
