"The front desk staff were below par. There was no water in one of the rooms i booked and she promised to send it up but never did. The second front desk guy who relieved her in the evening was now asking me to come downstairs to come pick up water. The parking garage is maze to get back in the hotel building. The AC in the room was so loud that it disrupted our sleep. The breakfast was decent."

"The parking lot needs repair. The back entrance doors need to be keyed and locked at all times. They are not. The room was very clean. The mini fridge needs the door to open the opposite way for full and easy access. Should just move the fridge."
