Staff was polite and friendly. The carpet was dirty, furniture worn out, no duvet cover on the blanket, things broken in the bathroom and the bed was not big enough for two adults.

This place is great. The rooms are nice and clean, with AC. The laundry facilities are free to use, along with full kitchen and breakfast bar. The owner and staff are amazing, friendly and make you feel right at home. Would definitely stay here again!

Perfect for a one night stop over on the highway allows pets without a fee so that was a big bonus. Rooms were well taken care of and clean, the only remark I have is the heater is extremely loud trying to sleep. Everything else was good.

Well, the owner is fantastic! Quick check in , very accommodating. It all goes down hill from there. Mold on bathroom walls, thick dust on every surface, 2 sheets and a foam thing for blankets. Overall just very confusing. I've never seen anything quite like it. But again, the owner is super nice and friendly.

I am so glad I chose this property. If you like being close to Sudbury but out in what feels like country or suburbs, then this is perfect. It had that quiet and calm atmosphere yet was only a short drive to the city. For me, it was just right. The internet was fast and my TV easily connected to my travel Roku (this is something everyone should have!). The bathroom was surprisingly nice! Very modern and exceptionally clean. They are working on getting the kitchen going. I was able to make coffee and it was absolutely perfect. They really care and it shows. I hope everyone else has as nice an experience as I did. And a highlight was how nice the owners are! The lady was very friendly and is also new to Sudbury. I think that if this place is this great already, it's going to be amazing as time goes on. (Hi to Champ and I hope you love Sudbury!)

Business Stay at Whitefish Corporate Residence

It was a pleasant surprise. I booked my room because the location was central to places I need to go and because it was inexpensive. I had low expectations. My wife scolded me because she saw the picture of the exterior and assumed the worst. When I got there, the checkin was very, very quick, and then I had the key to my room. Then it happened. When I opened the door to my room, I was amazed that it had been recently renovated. Not only that, but the reno had been well done. It looked great and it was very clean. I would have preferred a few more amenities. Things like a closet. Or a dresser. Or some place to put my clothes. Perhaps a desk, in case I wanted to do some work. The room had none of these, but it did not matter much because I spent very little time in it. I only wanted a clean, comfortable, place to sleep. And that is what I got.

I'm not a super fussy traveler but I travel alone and want a place that's clean and safe. This was ok for those reasons. It felt like a small step up from a hostel. It has nothing "corporate" about it. You have your own room and bathroom which overall were ok, clean and functional but the main kitchen area was not great. Most of the cereal dispensers were almost empty and what was in there looked old. The Keurig coffee machine drip tray looked like it hadn't been cleaned in some time. There were about 4 fridges to put food in. If you like budget, then this is for you, even though it's not under $100. The bed was ok, no mattress cover though, and the room was pretty clean and I felt safe. When you drive up, it looks like a plain building, the signage is small. I almost drove by it. There is an old couch out on the front step for people to sit on. Again, it reminds me of a hostel setting where the price is cheaper for a reason. It depends on your expectations. If they aren't high and you just need a place to sleep, this is totally fine.
