"Tompkins and Mina were exceptionally responsive. The hotel is a wonderful retreat in Tokyo. One does have to be okay with the occasional rocking as the fishing boats head out but it is definitely worth it. "

"First time staying at an apartment in Japan. The station is a five minute walk. The apartment is clean and spotless. You have your own bathroom and shower. A washer inside the apartment and you can dry your clothes in the bathroom. You have everything you need there. Owner responds fast. Also a seven eleven around the corner. "

"This space was way too small to advertise for 3 people.
It was also difficult to find because there were no signs except off a back alley.
The price was much too high for what the property offered."

"We were fortunate to have an upgrade the second stay. What a difference it made to our experience as we had so much more room to relax in after a long day. Staff remain friendly and professional. They offer breakfast but are very busy when tour groups are busy ones to eat. They highlight off peak times to avoid the line up. We also found more eating option 10-15 min walk towards Aomori Station.
It was a very convenient location. Close to train that has an overpass and elevator a few steps from the hotel."
"The hotel has a beautiful lobby and is well kept. The location is a convenient walk to haneda airport terminal 3. There are many restaurants. The room was spacious and there were many staff available to help you checkin. "
