Staff and room were great .Great place to base yourself. The trains were very close to the hotel, even the Shinkansen stopped there. That saying, made our traveling plans much easier. There’s a lot of construction going on around the hotel for future train expansions. It wasn’t a concern though.We had access to the lounge, which was a bonus.Pop and coffee were great to come back to after along day.Also a small breakfast was included in our room reservation. Don’t forget about the massage chairs! We usually ventured out to go shopping, not much around the hotel.
