"I had a lovely stay at Muscat Plaza. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, and I truly appreciated the warm treatment throughout my visit. However, upon arrival, there was an issue with my booking not being found, which led to some uncomfortable calls asking about extending my stay. While the staff was courteous in handling the situation, it did cause a bit of discomfort. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and believe that with some improved organization, it could be an even better experience."

There's a car rental desk in the lobby with availability of cars on site - which was a major Plus! Breakfast food was average."

"Great hotel, convenient located in front of two malls and easy access to main Muscat attractions. Room was comfortable and clean, they gave us a free bottle of water every day. Breakfast was very good. Plenty of options, both Arabian and western dishes. I love the egg station and their coffee was also very tasty. Rooftop view is nice and there is a bar and pool. There is plenty of free parking available."
