"Beautiful location, but some unexpected features of our cabin. Staff was great, our basic cabin was very clean and tidy.... However, we were not expecting no hot water or no bath or shower in our cabin. The basic cabins have cold water only - in the kitchen, and only a bathroom sink and toilet - not a full bath. Showers and laundry are down in a separate building, so are on site. Wish we had known these things beforehand- spent almost $180 for one night for a nice, clean, but only one step up from a dry cabin. Bigger cabins may have hot water- but not the small ones. Beach is adjacent and we spent a lot of time there - lovely place otherwise. "

"Great place with a very special atmosphere. Unfortunately shampoo, shower gel and soaps in the room were empty and we had to ask various times and different people to get them refilled. Otherwise, our experience was perfect."

"If anything, this stay is worth the view and peacefulness it brings! Staff were so polite and helpful!! Cabin was nice - pretty clean and welcoming. Fridge was set on high so we woke up the next morning to all our food frozen. There is a little store there that sells ready to go food at very reasonable prices. With no TV and spotty cell connection, it did force us to disconnect from the world and reconnect with nature - which definitely wasn't a bad experience, but I was glad I brought a book!"
