"The rooms are spacious. Really loved my stay there. Its opposite to a shopping mall which is a great advantage. The staff were absolutely amazing. Especially Sheila. She was outstanding. Very professional and helpfull. The only downfall was the water wwas cold on some days. "

"We had a wonderful stay at the Acacia Tree Lodge before & after our safari in Masai Mara. The staff was extremely accommodating with our late arrival & early departure before our bushplane flight, holding our bags, and helping us arrange a driver for a day trip out of Nairobi. The location is excellent - very convenient, safe, and easy to get Ubers. The breakfast was tasty and nutritious with some days having a buffet & omelette station and other days having a set menu that you order from with lots of options. We had coffee, tea, juices, egg dishes, beans, sausage, muffins, fruit, and more. We had dinner one night that was just ok, there are so many great restaurants in Nairobi and Karen that I would recommend going elsewhere. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and spacious, and the bathrooms had great showers and lots of hot water (no conditioner). We thought it was amazing value, an enjoyable stay, and would definitely stay again / recommend to other travelers. Pictures online are accurate if a little underselling the place!"
