"Rooms are clean and looks new. Also, what i like about the property is the clean carpets. Room service should be requested. Aircons work well. Bed is comfortable. No bed bugs. Location is the best for me. The hotel is strategically located. Easily accessible to everything. We didnt opt for breakfast and we didnt use the amenities."

"The house provided the perfect balance of common areas for us to be together and private spaces for when we needed time alone. It was exceptionally well-stocked with kitchen essentials, linens, and grilling supplies. We appreciated the unexpected welcome basket and the thoughtful extras, such as the toiletries and the variety of indoor and outdoor games. We loved the large dining table as it allowed our entire group to eat and play games together.Prior to booking the property I inquired about fragrances as I am severely allergic to them. I was assured that they would take care with products used in cleaning and linens and it was a huge relief to find that everything was fragrance-free as promised. There are so many nice amenities provided for the baby which made traveling with the baby so nice.The indoor herb garden was very cool.Emile was a great host and was very responsive. We would definitely stay at your home again."

"The host did a great job communicating with us beforehand & preparing the house. It was very clean and had more supplies than typical. Electronic door lock worked flawlessly throughout the 11 days. We felt the neighborhood safe & quiet (hardly noticing train passing by). Short walk to Metro made easy trips to DC. Despite first floor AC being loud, we enjoyed the comfortable indoor temperature, and grandkids had fun with their “sleepover” treat. We had a great time visiting family nearby & great food choices around. Thank you!"

"Checking in was very easy and the automatic lighting at night was helpful to safely get to the front door. The unit was very clean and as described. It is in a very nice, safe and quiet neighborhood. Tewedros was very nice, responsive, helpful and accommodating; as was his wife. It has a good sized refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker. The bed was comfortable and the temperature was well regulated. Plenty of hot water to take a shower. All in all a great place to stay and get good night's sleep. I would definitely stay there again if I am in the area and need a place to stay!"

"Very clean and comfortable! Such a cute place, had nice welcoming touches. I would say the pics do not quite do it justice. The first vacation rental I would considering renting again if in the area. The host was very responsive. The neighborhood was nice and quiet. There were a few concerns but they were addressed adequately. We enjoyed sitting out on the beautiful deck and enjoyed being able to use the grill. You never know what to expect when renting a place but I would say we got exactly what we expected this time around."

"This house was great! The hosts were great. Great communication. It's a great house for a big family. The pool was wonderful. There was a heat wave while we were there so we really were glad to have a pool day. The water was chilly but pleasant on a hot day. The screened in porch is beautiful and peaceful in the morning for eating breakfastand relaxing. The downstairs large room was great for kids. The bathrooms were updated and nice. Really just an awesome experience staying here. We'll be back."
