"Personnel were friendly and focused on customer service as demonstrated by their attention to detail. The room was well maintained each day by the cleaning staff! It is also located in an excellent location near the ocean, historical sites and shopping. I highly recommend this excellent hotel!"

"Wow! I wasn't sure what to expect with this hotel. Before we checked in I found out that it was on a pedestrian only street so I was a little nervous about having to carry our luggage down a crowded street. I had nothing to worry about! What they don't tell you is that if you are getting dropped off early in the morning or late at night the street is open and cars can come down. The hotel is conveniently located and we were able to walk everywhere easily. It is right off several main streets so getting an uber in the evening was very convenient. Every staff member we met was friendly and helpful! They were always smiling and laughing. We got to our room and it was amazing! Plenty of space even though we weren't unpacking we had room for our suitcases and weren't tripping over them. The mini fridge was fully stocked. The water pressure in the shower was excellent and the towels were the softest I've ever had in a hotel. I will definitely be keeping this one on my list for when we return to Lisboa!!!"

"The room was a little small but well equiped. It was completely quite despite the hotel's central location. Staff was very friendly. The bedding was new and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was limited but didn't leave us hungry. Generally the experience was very positive."

"The rooms are clean and bright. Good lighting in both room and washroom. I slept great, Minimal to zero noise from outside and air con. There’s no elevator so if you have heart or lung condition, you may be gasping for breath reaching your room especially if you have your luggage with you. But if you welcome this challenge, then it’s okay. The breakfast selections are ample. Great coffee! The entrance door to the hotel seemed to be occasionally a resting spot for the homeless and addiction patients. So be situationally aware when entering. I arrived at night so locating the entrance was tricky as it was on the side street. Other than these surprises, it was a great stay."
