"Room was really small for the price comfort inn has bigger rooms and cheaper prices next door to this facility. Also they charge me an additional $100 without my consent or giving me any notice upon doing so. Still waiting for it to be returned to my account."

"Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: PROS:Great location-walk to the village and Pinehurst pro shop.Very clean house. Plenty of supplies and kitchen utensils. The one issue we had (how to get the TV to work) was addressed promptly. You may want to put a little instruction on how to get it to work in the family room. Was not on HDMI 1 where it needed to be. CONS:Hot water could have been a little hotter. Could put it on full hot and not have a problem standing under it. Maybe another 5-10 degreesOutdoor gas grill really needs to be replaced. Burners do not burn evenly making grilling a challenge. Nice to have a backup propane grill which was not needed..."

"Washer and dryer and ice machine outdoor open to public. All out of order. Breakfast was not what pictures show. Plastic knife would barely cut my waffle. Coffee was like hot colored water. TV was a disaster trying to watch NCAA tournament. Could not find channels that matched the guide. Very noisy being so close to road. "

"Not at all what we have come to expect from a Comfort Inn. We had difficulty checking in, they could not find our reservation at first - but that can happen. Then the clerk wrote the wrong room number on the key card so we were trying to enter the wrong room. We finally got into our room and it wasn't the cleanest...I could see foot prints in the floor. The furniture and fixtures were very dated (something we don't really care about, but thought I would mention it). There was also no clock, so we never knew what time it was without checking our phones. We do not usually spend a lot of time in our room when we travel as we like to explore or spend time with family. We left for the day and upon return, we found parking to be incredibly difficult! Apparently contractors are their base clientele and there were huge trucks and trailers all over the parking lot. This happened every night! Fast forward to breakfast and either the contractors ate it all or the staff did not put much out - either way, it was not the lovely breakfast we are used to enjoying. Trays were empty, food looked unappetizing, and the coffee was cold. The contractors also took up the whole dining area Another disappointment was the empty shower gel. We had to wash with shampoo and then just bought our own! Finally, on return one evening, we were unable to enter our room...apparently housekeeping thought we had checked out and somehow our key card would no longer work. Not our best stay at a Comfort Inn."

"Such a unique hotel in the best way. Beautiful room with high poster bed, carved wood and so comfortable. Large step in shower. Beautiful lobby and easy parking right outside the door. Free breakfast was delicious and plenty of choices. Would definitely stay her again. "
