"Good place"

" Wonderful stay! The hotel was spotlessly clean and the room was spacious, comfortable, and quiet – exactly what we needed for a relaxing getaway. The beds and pillows were heavenly, and everything felt fresh and well-maintained. Dinner at Oceana was an absolute highlight! The salmon and halibut were both cooked to perfection – flaky, flavorful, and melt-in-your-mouth delicious. Mmmmm is right! The service was friendly and attentive too. Highly recommend this hotel. "

"Room is ok, bathroom had to have the shower head replaced, they were prompt to replace it. I think it’s a little overpriced though. It’s a remodeled motel 6."

"It seems to be an older hotel, but has been very nicely updated. The staff at the hotel and casino restaurants were very friendly and helpful.Great housekeeping staff! Really good restaurants in the casino! People we know in Reno were skeptical about us staying there as it used to be a little bit of a rundown area. I think it’s changing. It is on the west side of the Sparks Marina Park lake. On the other side of little lake is the Outlet mall and the big Scheels sports store. There are a large number of restaurants in area too. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again!"

"Tub was not draining room was very comfortable. Pay the extra fee if you don’t wanna stay and walk to the sky tower. "

"Always a delight to stay here. Would give 10 stars for everything but the walls seem thin when people are on their way to the room after the nightclub. It’s ok bough I’m glad they’re having fun. Staff are always super friendly and love the ice skating staff the most. Especially the adult beverages and the s’mores after the skating. "

"Arriving at the hotel was the least impressive but the hotel lobby was beautiful and the staff very helpful. Our vehicle was too tall for the garage, and staff made sure there was space for us outside the main lobby. The room was huge and the view amazing. Very roomy. From what I read the rooms were once time shares, so meant for longer stays. If you smoke there’s a huge outdoor area on the same level as the bar and indoor swimming pool, billiards room, TV room and Gym. The hotel gave off a sort of classic, well made feeling in comparison to the cookie cutter hotel chains. I’m not much of a gambler but if you are you do not need to go far find it. Hotel was great for walkability, near excellent restaurants and the River. "
