This one bedroom, two bath condo looks over Wingfield Park & is located on the Riverwalk, where you can enjoy many events like movie night on the river, concerts, and shows right across the street. Walk to the movie theater, restaurants, cafes, gastropubs, entertainment, shows, casinos, gyms, bars, or lounges. Downtown entertainment includes wine walks every other Saturday and the Downtown Farmers Market.

Very clean, great view, easy access to many restaurants etc along riverwalk. Garage parking is tight. Glad we didnt drive our full size truck (although as noted you can park on the street) Would absolutely stay here again

Close to Downtown

This was a great alternative to renting two hotel rooms. We had a group of four and we saved a lot of money by booking this place as opposed to two hotel rooms. It was close to the casinos and the event center. All within walking distance. There are plenty of places to eat and it is right on the river. The check in was easy and the communication with the manager was great.

The View!

We loved this condo. A (tight) spot in the garage, big windows, such an awesome view of the riverwalk and downtown Reno. Walking distance to grocery (a co-op around the corner), starbucks and a ton of restaurants. The condo has 2 full bathrooms so my husband and I had our own. Good kitchen, and living room with streaming services, a good desk and free wifi. Close to LT - we went to hiking in Incline Village a short drive away. Communication with owner was good We would stay there again.

Terrific Location, but some disappointments

There were not a lot of electrical outlets, so we moved a cabinet in the bedroom so we could get to the outlet. The floor obviously had not been dusted for a long time. There were huge dust bunnies there and in other corners. The fact that there was a smart TV was nice, but it would be appreciated if there were directions as to how to access the various features. It became apparent after spending some time figuring it out that there was no cable (although there was a cable remote). Not a big deal, but a lot of places do provide more information for guests. Finally, I think the host should mention that the mattress is virtually on the floor. It would be difficult for someone with mobility issues. Aside from those concerns, very nice apartment, terrific location and comfortable.

the location is the only real selling point

We enjoyed the location as that is the best part. You are right downtown on the river w nice patio and view off the 6th floor and a short drive of 10 min or less from anything in town. the Unit was a lot older than the listing looks in the pics and the bathrooms were especially not updated at all but it was overall clean on the surface level. The tub didn't drain when showering which is gross to me, and if you look closely at everything or behind doors and corners it needs a deep clean. you really have to go looking for more toilet paper and extra towels as its not laid out. I don't know if it had AC but we didn't need it as it was cold at night, but it would of been too noisy outside to have windows open being downtown. We did have a weird unexpected incident late one night when we were already asleep about 11pm someone was banging on the door very loud over and over. We were a little scared to be honest and we didn't open the door but after several mins we heard others in the hall talking and saying police were looking for a missing child. Kind of bizarre and worrisome. Also don't plan on parking in the parking garage if you have a car bigger than a small SUV, its extremely tight and hard to get in/out. We didn't park on the street but I wouldn't have wanted to being that it is a downtown area still. Overall love Reno and it was a good location for what we needed, although to be completely honest I wouldn't book this place again.

We truly enjoyed our stay in this lovely condo. An excellent location with gorgeous views of the river and downtown Reno. We walked to events and restaurants. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony in the evening. We would offer the owners just a few suggestions. The instructions for entry were a bit confusing. It was unclear whether the owners would be at the condo to greet us or if we would be able to access the place by just a code. The instructions also were very late in coming. There were just a few items missing. None of these things were a big deal, but if the owners had stayed in the place recently, they would have realized these items were missing. We bought them and left them: 1. No hand towels in the bathrooms 2. No hand towel or dish soap in the kitchen to wash dishes 3. No tissues 4. The toilet paper was about to run out and there was no back up. Future guests should know it is not a regular bed – the mattress sits on a frame that is 2 inches from the floor. The other “odd” thing was I asked about recycling and the response was that Nevada hadn’t recycled since 2018, and that I shouldn’t “waste my time.” Later I noticed 3 large recycling bins in the garage where tenants put their recycling. It was odd that the owners had not provided me with that information when I first asked the question. Despite the missing items and the quirkiness of the owners, this is a lovely condo and was the perfect location for our stay in Reno.

Great communication and directions prior to our stay. We arrived to a well stocked and furnished property. Everything was clean and the location was better than expected. My wife and I took a short walk along the river for dinner at River Wild. Our host had left us a free appetizer coupon and the food was amazing. The bed was comfortable and the heating was great. The bathrooms were clean and the hot water was plentiful. The next day we went to Hand Pies Art Cafe across the river which was delicious. Later in the day we walked down river to 10Torr distillery and brewery where we made new friends and hauled back two bottles and a case of canned cocktails, amazing flavors. After taking our supplies back to the rental we walked to the Silver Legacy for an awesome comedy show at the Laugh Factory. We really enjoyed the property and look forward to future stays. Close to walk to restaurants. There was a fire in one residence the day before we arrived & so much chaos. Then there was a huge construction project on the River walk that won't be done til May 2026. We would not have stayed here if we had known. Rooms were very spacious & kitchen was well stocked. There was a small water leak in back of master bath, but we reported. Loved the SS appliances. Parking for this property was 2 blocks away using city parking meters since this rental is considered an Air B&B. That was a drag! But the alternative was a huge parking garage blocks away. Hope was a joy to work with!

Unsure why I was asked to rate the “winery experience” since there wasn’t one, but overall the price was fair. Check-in instructions were a bit confusing; the listing mentioned a parking spot in the underground garage (#28), but the message I received a few hours before check-in said parking was two blocks away in a public garage. The parking details were also listed at the very bottom of the instructions, which made it a little hard to follow. That said, communication from the host was quick and helpful by both phone and text. The condo was pretty chilly at first with just one portable heater, but once the building heat came on, it was much more comfortable.
