"This hotel is at convenient location across the street from Wegmans and a Walmart up the street. I was extremely impressed with our stay! You can tell this place takes pride in making sure everyone has a great stay. I let them know ahead of check in that I wanted we to be on the lowest level possible due to heights and having two young children. They put our room in the perfect spot (205) with no one under us to complain about our toddlers running back and forth. When we go in the room it not only had ample space but it was clean and beautiful. There was multiple usb outlets throughout, washer and dryer, and a dish washer. I saw zero signs of pests. The beds were very comfortable. They made sure the room was stocked with plenty of linen along with dishwasher pods. It also comes with dish ware. Breakfast is at the apartment complex behind the hotel. We weren’t there 3 times and some of the things they serve are Greek yogurt, cheese sticks, fresh fruit, a waffle maker, breakfast empanadas, breakfast taquitos, cereal, bagel, muffins and much more. This breakfast is NOT like other hotels, it’s what you would to a restaurant for. The staff work d wry hard to make the breakfast and keep the area clean. I look forward to staying here again the next time we’re in Fredericksburg! "

"Stayed here many times on our way to Florida. Sad to see the condition it has fallen into. Stains in the carpet black marks all over the walls. Dust everywhere. Beds were great as usual. I hope they update it soon. "
