"Loved the late nineteenth century decor. We took full advantage of the sitting room to entertain guests. Great to walk around Fredericksburg and enjoy the unique shops, restaurants, and history. Overall a luxurious and interesting place to stay."

"The room was very nicely decorated and clean and the staff was very helpful. Their location to so many walkable stores, shops and dining will definitely be a choice again. The hotel size really appealed to safety, especially traveling alone!"

"Disgusting, nasty, unacceptable! Bed bugs, regular bugs, hair in the bed, stains, sink not cleaned… prime example of what a hotel should not look/be like. If you care about cleanliness, find somewhere else to stay, even if this is the cheapest convenient option, I advise you go somewhere else. Bad enough, whoever the manager is tried to refund and void fees for one night like no, i made sure to get the whole thing back but you’ve been warned!"
"The staff member that checked me in (forgot her name but working at desk on 09/27 @11:30pm) was very friendly and accommodating. She walked outside with me to make sure I was parked in an area that was safe for my car and camper, she was quick to provide extra bedding, and made a call to her manager to double check that my vehicle was on camera. This is what I call great customer service. And all of this was done while she answered several calls and checked me into the system. Great multi tasked, communicator, and friendly through it all. Thank you! "
