"I had a beautiful big double room looking out over the sea. Despite the hotel being busy, it was quiet and I slept amazingly well. The staff were all very kind and helpful. It was a few short steps to the peaceful beach and easy to walk into Skegness town centre. I had a chip butty one night and it was huge! :) Only downside would be the hill and stairs up to the entrance and room if you have limited mobility. Wasn’t enough hot water to fill the bath at night, but that could be due to others’ use."

Also disappointing was that one side of the toilet seat bracket was loose which meant that the seat itself moved. It was a strange experience not seeing any staff. We did see a lady briefly who replenished the breakfast area."
