"Cold room, loud and outdated fan right outside your balcony, unfriendly staff ( except one out of the whole team ) zero hospitality, zero customer service training, asked them if I can change rooms since the toilet fan doesn’t work and the loud noise from the heating unit in the balcony and they asked for extra money even though the place was empty, only 2 families in the entire two building. Extremely disappointed, definitely will be my last visit. "

"The level of cleanliness at De Manor is exceptional. Housekeeping are just wonderful and go out of their way to help guests. They give 110%. All areas of the hotel are spotless. "

"Slow WiFi, they have faster but they want you to pay for it, also safe in the room and they want you to pay for that as well.big tall buildings, blocks out the sun.if you want to lie in the sun you won't get much at this hotel.food very repetitive.the hotel is geared up to get as much money out of you as they can.fairly good gym.room was fairly big.but way outdated.tv is not much bigger than a portable..I was all-inclusive but they still try to get you to pay.for safe and faster WiFi.i would not go back."

"We had a wonderful stay at Orange County Hotel! The staff were awesome — from the reception to the animation team, everyone was friendly and helpful. The food was delicious with plenty of variety. When we arrived, the hotel Ebru kindly upgraded our room to a sea view, which made our stay even more special. It’s a great hotel where you can find everything you want. Highly recommended! "Excellent service, very clean and well maintained. No complaints. Plenty of food and drinks all day/night. Good kids club with daily activities. Brilliant aqua parks (1 for kids and and 1 for big kids)"
