I would like to share detailed feedback on the extremely disappointing experience my family and I encountered during our recent stay at your hotel. Our time at your establishment was nothing short of a nightmare, and I feel compelled to provide this feedback in the hope that improvements can be made for future guests. Our stay can only be described as akin to throwing money in the bin. The hotel's significant pipe problems resulted in an overwhelming and pervasive stench of drains throughout the premises. Additionally, the decision to switch off the air-conditioning in the lobby at 12 pm made for uncomfortable conditions, especially during hot weather. The lackluster all-inclusive offerings provided the same or similar food options every day, leading to monotony and dissatisfaction among guests. Furthermore, the vast majority of staff were inebriated, hindering their ability to comprehend and address guest concerns effectively. Communication proved challenging as most staff members were only fluent in Turkish, with limited proficiency in other languages, including English. As someone with existing stomach issues, I resorted to storing my own food in the room for dietary reasons. However, when a simple request to take a plate of bread and cheese met with an unreasonably rude and unprofessional response from the receptionist, referred to as "mummy," I was appalled by the lack of courtesy and professionalism displayed. Un morceau brûlant de 8 cm du feux d'artifice de l'hôtel Concordia Celes est arrivé sur le ventre de ma fille de 11 ans. Concordia Celes pratique régulièrement des feux d'artifice et ne veut pas les arrêter même si c'est déjà la 3'ème fois qu'un morceau brûlant tombe sur une personne à l' hôtel Galeri. Donc, l'hôtel Galéri savait que ce genre de chose puisse arriver et ne faisait rien. En plus il n'a rien fait pour nous, aucune récompense! Même quand je leur l'avais demandé. Il avait appelé la police. Quand les 3 policiers sont arrivés, il nous avait expliqué que si on commence le procès cela va nous couté 2 jours de vacances sans aucune garantie de gagner au bout de quelques années. Il aurait fallu partir le soir même à l'hôpital (40 min de route), puis aller à la police (pour toute la nuit) et continuer le lendemain à Antalya à une heure et demie de route de l'hôtel etc. Ils ont tout fait pour nous décourager et rien pour corriger notre séjour gaché! La honte! Ma fille a eu une brûlure en diametre de 10 cm en premier degrés. Un baume l'a apaisé en 2 jour, mais c'est surtout le choc vécu qui a fait des dégâts. Elle criait toute la nuit dans le sommeil et s'est réveillé avec une otite (première fois dans sa vie, à cause du stress) dont elle continue à souffert pendant quelques jours sans pouvoir se baigner. On a du chercher des pharmacies à 20 minutes à pied au soleil avec 31°C. J'ai payé une thérapeute en ligne qui a aidé ma fille sortir de son état diffic

Schönes Hotel, direkt am Strad

Der Service war sehr gut. Das essen war sehr reichhaltig und abwechslungsreich. Wir waren 5 Tage im Hotel. Es war nie langweilig. Abends gab es immer unterschiedliche Unterhaltungsprogramme. Man kann am Strand Beachvolleyball spielen. Es gibt 2 Außenbecken und ein Innenbecken. War ein sehr erholsamer Urlaub. Das Hotel war sehr sauber. Die Zimmer wurden jeden Tag gemacht.

loved this hotel

Great hotel not too big and out of season the staff were great. The food was really good and we enjoyed all the sports facilities. Great pools in and out doors and a good beach with a diving platform. Particularly liked the absence of the hotel trying to recover costs on all inclusive through hidden extra charges.

The hotel is very far from the main city centre. Theres nothing to do outside of the hotel apart from a bazar. We paid for 2 seperate rooms but we were given one family room and were told they would change it the next day but didnt. Its ok if you want to relax but definitely not worth if u want to do some sight seeing.

Very nice hotel with the private beach

The hotel is allocated next to the sea so the private beach is a great feature for the hotel.Very nice staff , good choice of drinks and delicious food! You wont be hungry there ! its amazing how the Galeri staff look after the quest! Highly recommended!

Hotelli oli aivan huippu! Oli oma ranta. Ruoka tosi hyvää ja monenlaista, kuten juomatkin. Henkilökunnasta ihan kaikki ei osannut englantia, vaan saksa oli vahvempi. Suuremmat kaupungit eivät olleet kävelymatkan päässä, joten minibussit kulkivat melko hyvin hotellin luota esim. Alanyaan. Suosittelen luxusta ja lepoa etsiville.
