  • I took this photo in Alanya, Turkey last June! It's a great view from the Alanya Castle walls! I loved walking by and seeing the beautiful, colorful sea. And the great Taurus Mountains in the distance. And all the lovely boats passing by. It was a very hot summer day, but the views made it worthwhile. And the sense of adventure! :)

The hotel location and nature is great but the food was tasteless and really poor selection. For wifi you have to pay for it. The outdoor Polo was good but indoor pool area needs attention. İ am sure it will be better in summer but now the activities are quite poor.

Good location in Alanya, serene and quiet. Good Access to the bazar shops. Hotels needs a bit of mordernisation. Shocked at having no wifi in the rooms, hence guests have to hang around lobby area for free wifi. In this day and age, wifi should be standard in a resort of such. Also, shocked they would not provide iron to the rooms and we were charged to iron clothes as laundry service. Variety of food could be better but drinks range very good.

After we complained online regarding all the issues with the room we had, like toilet air vent hanging from ceiling, bar fridge mouldy etc, hotel Manager listened to us and upgraded our room. There were Ants in both rooms and bathrooms. Bar fridge never refilled. Food was average, staff look and act unhappy, the reception staff were very flipint. Lack of English, hotel caters mainly for Russian language. It should NOT be rated 5 stars. Don't recommend. The change of rooms assisted in preventing us from checking out early.

Otelin yeri , denize olan yakınlığı ve manzarası çok güzel. Otele 09:00 gibi giriş yaptık hemen odamızı verdiler. Aile süiti çok büyük ve güzeldi. Ancak Otel kalabalıktı. Yeterli personel yoktu. Mevcut personelde yeteri kadar eğitimli değildi. Kaşık ve çatallar bazen yeteri kadar temiz değildi. Kırmızı et neredeyse hiç yoktu. Biraz kayda değer ızgara tarzı yemeklerde tavuk köfte ve dana ciğer) çok sıra vardı. Kahvaltı çok yetersizdi bazı peynirler ağır kokuyordu mevcut peynirler kalitesizdi ezine çedar vs gibi peynirler yoktu. Hamur tatlıları çok ağırdı. Pastanesindeki tattığım pastalardan cheesecake ve ekler güzeldi.

Yemeklerde hiç kırmızı et yoktu. Köfte bile yoktu. Çalışanların hizmetinden memnunduk. Özellikle Lokman Bey ve lobby de bulunan Ahmet bey çok ilgilendiler. Sağolsunlar.

Konaklamamızdan memnun kalmadık. Otelin yemek çeşitliliği oldukça azdı. Yemek seçme şansımız fazla yoktu. Alkol konusunda herşey dahil bir sistemde alkolün ücretli ücretsiz olarak ayrılması saçmaydı. Kahvaltıda sıkma portakal suyu bile ekstra ücretliydi. Otelde genel olarak bir personel eksikliği hissettim. Hizmetinden memnun kalmadım. Tekrar bu oteli tercih etmem ve yakınlarıma tavsiyede bulunmam.

Güzel bir tatildi

Sömestr tatilinde 4 gece konakladık. Öncelikle otelin fiyat/performans orani yüksek. Çalışanlar kibar ve ilgili, memnuniyet için ellerinden geleni yapıyorlar. Yemekler ortalama, aç kalmazsınız, kış sezonu olduğu için çok beklentiye girmedik açıkçası. Temizlik de iyiydi. Otelde çözülmesi gereken sorun internet. Odalarda internet çekmiyor, hızlı internet ücretli. Genel mekanlardaki ve spadaki wclerin daha fazla temizliğe ihtiyacı var. Genel olarak memnun kaldık.

Otel tam bir fiyat-performans. Temizdi, odalar ferahtı ve özellikle çocukla denize, havuza, parka,vs. gitmek çok pratikti. Yemekler çeşitli değil evet ama aç da kalmıyorsunuz. Sonuç olarak uzun ve konforlu bir tatil için olmasada kısa tatiller için tercihimden mutlu eden bir otel oldu.

Super séjour

L’hôtel nous a beaucoup plu, le plus était le confort et la propreté de notre chambre, la qualité de la nourriture au restaurant le soir, nous avons bien mangé tout au long de notre séjour. La mer est en face de l’hôtel ce qui est pratique pour passer du temps à la mer, l’eau de la mer est chaude c’est agréable. Nous retournerons très certainement à cet hôtel.
