Had a nice 8 days. Beds was hard, but asked for a topper and they came with it. Then beds were good :) food was okay. Good pizza. Nice service. Entertainment was good. Thumbs up to Burak the darts guy. He was great!

We were extremely happy with our stay at AQI Pegasos Club. A fantastic hotel with a fine sandy beach, shallow water that is perfect for families, a great pool area, and beautifully maintained surroundings. Everything our family needed was available at the hotel, and we never really felt the need to visit the other two Pegasos hotels. The other hotels had more pools and water slides, which we tried and enjoyed, but apart from that, everything we needed was available at our hotel. There was really no need to go elsewhere. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout the resort – from the reception and housekeeping staff to the spa and restaurant teams. There were great shows and entertainment every evening, as well as a kids’ disco that the whole family enjoyed. Some of the performances were truly professional. The food was good, with plenty of variety and lots of options to choose from. Everything was clean and well maintained, and it was a big plus that beach towels were provided daily. The only thing we missed was a small playground or kids’ area at the hotel itself. The facilities at the other Pegasos hotels were available, but it would have been nice to have something closer for the children. However, this was only a minor detail, as everything else exceeded our expectations. The hotel maintained a high standard throughout our stay. We travelled in mid-June with 2 children (7 years old and 1.5 years old). We would happily recommend this hotel to other families! 10/10

We had no shampoo and no blankets in the room and had to ask several times to get them. We had a leaking shower that created a paddle on the floor and asked for it to be fixed. It did not get fixed during our whole stay. We always had water on the floor which is terrible first of all and not safe at all if you slip and fall and break any parts of your body. The staff was friendly, but still, the problems did not get fixed.

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub im AQI Pegasos Club und waren von Anfang bis Ende sehr zufrieden. Die gesamte Anlage ist sehr schön und gepflegt, das Essen war lecker und abwechslungsreich und die Sauberkeit war hervorragend. Besonders positiv ist uns die Freundlichkeit und Aufmerksamkeit der Mitarbeiter aufgefallen. Man fühlt sich hier wirklich willkommen. Ein besonderes Dankeschön geht an Buket und Nezaket von der Rezeption. Beide waren jederzeit freundlich, herzlich und hilfsbereit und haben sich sofort um unsere Anliegen gekümmert. Im Restaurant möchten wir besonders Isa, Furkan und Hattab hervorheben. Sie waren immer aufmerksam, freundlich und gut gelaunt. Vielen Dank für den tollen Service! Auch Burak von der Lobby Bar im AQI Pegasos Resort hat mit seiner sympathischen und aufmerksamen Art für eine tolle Atmosphäre gesorgt. Ein großes Dankeschön geht außerdem an Halil von der Sunset Bar. Er war immer freundlich, aufmerksam und gut gelaunt. Wir haben uns bei ihm sehr wohlgefühlt. Ganz besonders möchten wir auch Melek von der Zimmerreinigung loben. Unser Zimmer war jeden Tag sehr sauber und ordentlich. Melek war außerdem unglaublich freundlich und herzlich – für uns einfach die Beste! ❤️ Vielen Dank an das gesamte Team und besonders an Buket, Nezaket, Isa, Furkan, Hattab, Burak, Halil und Melek. Ihr habt unseren Urlaub zu etwas Besonderem gemacht. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder und können das AQI Pegasos Club zu 100 % weiterempfehlen! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Gutes Hotel mit einer super Lage und einem tollen Strand. Das Meer war im August angenehm warm. Es gibt viele Pools, darunter auch Pools mit Wasserrutschen. Für Kinder und Erwachsene gibt es viele Unterhaltungsmöglichkeiten und Aktivitäten. Die alkoholischen Getränke und die Getränke für Kinder waren allerdings eher durchschnittlich. Das WLAN ist kostenlos. Insgesamt ein schöner Aufenthalt und ein gutes Hotel.

Otel harika üç otel ya yana yemeği kendi otelinizde yiyorsunuz ama kalan tüm hizmetler istediğiniz otelden faydalanabilirsiniz çok geniş bir alan. Denizi mükemmel çocuklu aileleri için süper epey gidiyorsun derinleşmiyorve okadar berrakki mavi bayraklı. Otel içerisinde birçok dondurma standı var çocuklar çok mutlu oldu. Personel çok güler yüzlü. Odamıza yiyecek götürebiliyoruz sorun olmuyor. Heryeri tertemiz, tüm personel çok aktif. Yemekler güzeldi. Herkese hitap eden yiyecekler mevcut. Kokteyller çok iyiyiydi. Akşamları etkinlikler var. Çocuklara özel etkinlikler de ayrı. Kısacası kesinlikle tekrar gelmeyi isteyeceğimiz bir otel.

Otel temizlik, yemek, deniz, konum açısından çok güzel. Havuz başında cankurtaranlar dikkatle hep görev başında. Çalışanlar işini özenle yapıyor, özellikle animasyon ekibi, kibar, beyefendi insanlar. Kadir, muhammet ve Serkan bey'e, hepsine ayrı ayrı teşekkür ediyoruz... Birkaç dezavantajı sayayım akşam disko müziğinin kısa olması ve banyoda dolap olmaması, WC kağıtları duş buharından nemleniyor. Bir de dart oyununda çocuk ve yetişkin saatleri ayrı olsa oyun çok daha kısa sürer. İnsanlar beklerken sıkılmaz. Diğer türlü çok bekleniliyor. Biz 4+4 kişilik aileyle geldik. 4 kişi daha katıldı sonra. Tatilimizi uzattık. Tavsiye edeceğimiz oteller arasında ilk sıralarda. Derya, Yasin, Kuzey, Mert. Eren, Damla, Evren, Duru' dan selam ve sevgiler... 🤗Belki yakın zamanda tekrar görüşürüz... :) 🖐🙏

Otel üç otelin bulunduğu bir kampüs halinde; bu büyük bir avantaj. Bundan sonra ki eleştirilerimi tamamen otelin kendini geliştirmesi için yazıyorum: Deniz kenarında sunulan hizmetler yetersiz. Yiyecek alanları otel binası içinde, içecek alanları ise deniz kenarındaki şezlonglardan uzakta. Sahildeki güneşten korunma alanları yeterli değil; sabahın erken saatlerinde dolup bitiyor. Şemsiye düzeninde olan bu alanlar yeterince güneşten koruma sağlamıyor. Yemekhane kısmının sıkı kontrol altında olduğunu gözlemledim ancak barlarda denetim zayıf. Ayrıca, barları soğutan bir pervane sistemi mutlaka kurmaları lazım, hem orada sıcakta çalışan kişiler için hem de açıkta duran şişelerdekilerin bozulmaması için. Biz ailecek tatilde başlayan kusma ve ateşle döndük. Bardaki buzlu içecek veya dondurma makinelerinden kaynaklı olabileceğini tahmin ediyorum, çünkü sadece bunları kullanmayan babam bu şikayetleri yaşamadı. Diğer konu ana yoldan gelen yola bakan kapısı olan odaların kapılarının ses izolasyonunu arttırmaları gerekli, yol kenarı çitine bir izolasyon yapmayı düşünmüyorlarsa kapıları değiştirmeliler, çünkü yoldan çok ses geliyor. Tabii, böyle de müşteri nasıl olsa geliyor, masrafa gerek yok da diyebilirler ki , sanırım yıllardır böyle olmuş…son olarak, otel konum olarak güzel, otelcilik hizmeti olarak beklentimin biraz altında kaldı, markasından ötürü daha iyi olmasını umuyordum.

Temizlik iyiydi ama 4 gece tatil aldım 2 gecesi kliması yetersiz eski bir odada geçti. 10 defa söylememize rağmen değiştirmediler.Daha sonra oteli ayarladığımız tur şirketine oteli şikayet ettim ve son iki gece adam akıllı bi oda verdiler. Yani 4 gece parasına 2 gece tatil yaptım. Tek dertleri oda satmak olan bir işletme. Sonrasında sürekli geçiştiriyorlar, bahane buluyorlar ve çözüm üretmiyorlar.
