Despite staying on a high floor with no windows open, I noticed these bugs in the common areas. "Hallways smelt poorly, carpets are stained throughout the facility. We got the 4 person japanese room (only 2 in the room) and it was adeqaute for us. Outdoor tub included with room can only hold two people, food included with half board was buffet style and wasn't very good, however had a decent selection of western, japanese and chinese cuisines."
