Great hotel and staff. The cocktail selection could be a little better, but apart from that everything else was excellent.

Enjoyed a very comfortable stay. Great location, easily accessible to the Monorail and Kokusai-dori street.

Beautiful rooms and house cleaning perfect

We stayed at the Naha Terrace in January this year, just after the New Year rush had finished. The facilities and service were excellent in every way...good old fashioned 5 star service from entering the hotel, through to reception, Butler service and every staff member we encountered. The pool was lovely, though as with most outdoor pools in Okinawa, closed during our stay. (I was dying for a swim in Okinawa-as though cold for them, it was not dissimilar weather to what we were having at home...

Service and room were great but also it was very nice to have a large waiting area with complementary drink and snacks

This was probably the best hotel I have ever stayed in. The place was spotless, the view was amazing and the staff were very helpful. I missed when we had to go and would love to go back some day. Only slight negatives are expensive lunch/dinner options, but there are many other options within walking distance. If you have the means definitely go here.

Hotel was extremely clean. Staff were very friendly and accommodating - Always welcomed me when I entered the hotel. Assisted me with changing notes. There's a small laundry room with a washer and dryer, very convenient for someone backpacking or that needs to clean cloths. Convenient store close by. Easy for Taxi services to reach. Room was clean, bathroom was clean. You can have your towels changed everyday. I had a good view of the beach/seaside from the balcony. Shower had all the utilities...
