Everything was excellent. So easy to take the walkway from the Monorail to the hotel. Welcoming check in with a refreshing beverage. Fantastic room with lots of comfortable amenities. Loved the room. Front desk is so responsive. They made sure we were comfortable. Valet made sure our car was ready at the time we indicated. Very friendly. Breakfast was delicious. Great start to experiencing Okinawan food. Will definitely be back.

The hotel was beautiful and the staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. Our rooms were very comfortable and were perfect for our stay. The location was perfect and very convenient to the station for getting around Naha. We will definitely stay here again next time we are in Naha.

Excellent services, the girls meeting us downstairs (lobby up level) were great and helpful. The lobby looks a bit congested with too many furnitures but people are very nice and helpful. The location is a bit far out so quite a bit of walk needed or taxi services. If there is a seperate star for bed, we will give it a 2 out of 5. It is way too soft and pillows are the same
