Enjoyed our 2-night's stay at this hotel during our road trip up north. All of their rooms are ocean view facing Kise Beach and the breathtaking Nago Bay. Parking is complimentary and they have 3 additional overflow lots nearby should the main lot becomes full. A couple of dining options and a FamilyMart are in walking distance, and some a short drive away. Morning buffet was plentiful and delicious.

Their website, as well as printed literature in their rooms explicitly states that their private beach, beach activities, and their pool would be open through October 31st. We arrived at the hotel on October 22nd to be told that we could not swim at their private beach, no beach activities were available, and the pool was empty and being used for storage. All despite it being 85 degrees outside with calm and beautiful waters. Upon request, they refused any sort of refund, all while admitting they sold me a room under fraudulent pretenses. The funny thing is, there was a gigantic group of a couple hundred high school aged kids staying at the hotel who were permitted to swim at the beach, and had exclusive access to beach activities. I would expect something like this in other countries I have visited, but not Japan. Disgraceful.

Good location between airport and northern national park area. Clean spacious rooms. Ample toiletries. Was disappointed that beach chairs cost extra. Breakfast buffet was plentiful. Good area away from bigger towns but not too far. Air conditioner was good and powerful. Great view from balcony. No water provided but lots of drink options at the gift shop and basement vending machines. Detergent was provided at coin laundry which was very convenient. Bring dryer sheets if you need them.

Parking is always overflowed but they have other parking spaces nearby. Beach is ok, we see better views than this one. We didn’t actually sit on the beach because it was not my expectation. Room is newly renovated. Budget was good. Depends on your need, this hotel is ok. The pictures of the hotel outlook show a little bit more white than it actually looks. It is more like creamy color. Staffs are friendly and helpful. :)

Very nice n helpful staff. The view from the room was beautiful n I loved the sound of waves. The room n the bathroom was really nice and clean, but I don’t think it’s necessary to have a glass wall(to see the view) between the room and the bathroom. enjoyed the stay so much. We extended one more day. Thank you to all the staff n specially to the marine team. We definitely come back again!!

I think that that it’s overpriced for what you really get. Doesn’t mention that their pool is out of order prior to booking which was one of the selling points as our kids were excited to use the pool after spending majority of our trip at the beach. I think the only positives this hotel has to offer is their buffet breakfast is decent and their staff we dealt with were nice esp the ladies at the outdoor activity station. Needs some renovation work done and price to reflect the true condition of the hotel.

Except for the loop music that repeats every minute (I’m a musician so I’m sensitive to sounds around me) in the 10F restaurant, everything was great. I suggest though that during this pandemic, especially when the restaurant gets crowded, they should open the windows instead of using the air conditioner.

I only liked the beach. Everything is super expensive compare to other places. There are extra fees for everything I try to do even breakfast which was included in my reservation but I had to pay extra at the hotel. The room is quiet but there is something dripping water and you can hear that all night long and wake you up so many times.

Nice place right next to beach unfortunately during winter no access to pool - and from looking at it seems like it would need an upgrade anyway. Other than that the breakfast buffet was okay only but given they only charge around 10 for it I guess price - value is there. Staff was always very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and we had ocean view . They also provided a crib for the baby but that one was a bit shaky.

Good location for sightseeing in Nago.
The location was ideal for our trip, as we went to a number of parks with our daughter and I photographed the nature in Nago. The floor in our room was a little dirty, as it seemed previous guests may have worn shoes in the room. However, that’s nothing out of the usual for a hotel, I suppose. The view from our room was great and the shop in the lobby was convenient. The breakfast had a nice selection of both western and Japanese food, so anyone can enjoy it. The staff were also very friendly and accommodating. I would definitely stay here again on a second visit to the area.

Great Hotel to stay in.
Great location. A nice hotel with every rooms facing to the sea. The staff is so helpful that when I reached back and the car park lots had all taken up. He make the extra step to guide me to another nearby carpark just opposite the hotel. Excellent service.

This hotel has a beautiful view of the water. Once you step into the hotel lobby, you are greeted with an excellent view of the sea. The front desk staff is very polite and handles the check-in and out efficiently. The rooms are huge and spacious and the balcony provides a great view into the bay. Its location is also a great one for us to reach Nago's attractions easily, all within a 40minutes drive. There are nearby food places that provides great food! This is a great hotel to base out of for one who is visiting the mid to northern part of Okinawa. I highly recommend this hotel. The only downside is that during winter, the sea is off-limits for swimming, The pool is also closed. However, the water is so cold, I doubt anyone would want to really swim during winter. No regrets in choosing this hotel.
