The hotel is located in a quiet area approx 15-20 mins walk from Okayama station & within walking distance to other major shops such as Aeon Mall, Takashimaya, Don Quijote & Ichiban gai. The staff are very friendly & helpful especially the cleaning staff.

Property is in dire need of renovation or at least deep cleaning. The carpets in the hallways are terrible and the walls dirty. The location is great and the staff are very professional. The additional amenities are great. Clean the carpets and walls and you will have a good value hotel.

It's 15 min away from the station, but service is good. Rooms have washing machine and microwave inside.

15 to 20mins far by walk from JR station. for sure you can take taxi.. Aeon is 10mins by walk.. hotel is old but clean, you get what you want feom this price. Breakfast is fair.

The hotel needs to completely gut the carpets entirely in the hotel. The entire plaace smells very strange and I believe its because of the very old carpets. Although very convenient ij terms of location and the staff is very nice as well, I would stay here again because of the smell in the hotel. Hopefully they renovate soon, may be then I can think of staying here again.
