"This trip was booked last minute on Hotels.com due to me having a meeting at work and booked at this hotel only because my regular hotel I stay at was already booked up. What was supposed to be a one day trip turned into 3 and the staff has been more than accommodating so that my daughter who travels with me for work and myself could stay in the same room. Even though I’ve booked 3 separate times!! The suite was very comfortable, clean, the pillows could use an upgrade but overall the service and hotel were great. My daughter loved the pool, I will definitely be staying again for work if I cannot stay at my other usual place we stay. Clean, safe, comfortable. That’s rare in the Shreveport/Bossier area."

"This was what we wanted. Fishing was great considering the heat. Cabin is very nice. The add on was great. The host was very accurate in that there is not a lot of AC in that room. The AC was incredible for the main cabin. We will go again!!!"

"This was my husband and I first time to caddo lake and we love to fish and this place was perfect. The only downfall and this has nothing to do with the houseboat itself but it is docked at a boat dock that is also part of uncertain lodge so you never know what kind of people will be utilizing the boat dock while you are there. We didn't have any problems but there were some young kids utilizing the boat dock and was playing loud music and not respectful that we were in the house oat trying to sleep. That will always be a hit or miss with that. Otherwise everything was a dream for my husband and I."
