"ISanook used to be a premium stay in inner Bangkok. This is my 4th visit, and the cleanliness has really gone downhill. Its not really the staff's fault imo, as guests are leaving piles of cosmetics etc in the bathrooms. Many toothbrushes just sitting around, very unhygienic. Maybe there are people staying long-term. "
