"After three days of reporting the cleanliness was perfect, the condition of the bathtub left much to be desired.; We received such an uncleaned room after checking in, we reported it right in the morning, on the third day we got a call from where I had already cleaned the bathroom myself, I was disappointed this year"

"Good things: oceanfront room, the room was clean, the patio was nice, the staff was pleasant and helpful Things needing improvement: the bed was fair at best (not very comfortable); the pillows were too hard; the TV was among the smallest we’ve seen in a hotel room; we didn’t care for the overhead shower (it’s OK to have a shower head there but need one on the end too); breakfast was inferior, with few offerings and only bananas as fruit, to what we expected for the price paid.
