"Stay during bike week, March 2026. The rooms don't seem to be cleaned as well as they used to be. And I've stayed there since 2018. They're overall hotel was very clean and neat. The parking for the bikes have changed , and that makes very little parking for all of us. There's no control over the music that is played in the parking lot and I think there should be!!!!! it's very disturbing and very disrespectful of the people staying there. "

"The beach/ocean view was great. The overall place needed some updates. The air stopped working on one of the nights and then were a few things that needed some fixing which the hosts took care of. The resort area itself some renovations but it looks like they are still working on the surrounding areas due to a hurricane. Not sure when the last one was. "

"We had the oceanfront deluxe balcony for four adults, which was perfect liked the sliding door that could separate the two areas however, I would say the biggest problem was the staff at the front desk. We separately all engaged with three different staff members-maybe because it was bike week they were tired, but so were we and they were not welcoming or very friendly or accommodating. An example was we arrived about an hour prior to check-in and asked if that we could just leave our duffel bags from our motorcycles in an area out of the way until our room was ready. You would’ve thought we were asking to put them in a bank vault. Those properties have some sort of an area where you can at least put your luggage or whatever temporarily. We even saw some other guests being asked to move their car from the front lobby area when their wives were trying to check in and the way that the front desk spoke to the guest was very rude. I would say the hotel is in a great location although we didn’t use it. It looks like a great pool area. It appeared all the restaurants were closed. "
