"The reception/lobby areas are very nice. The room is spacious , however, there is a musty/ moldy smell that greets you when entering the room. Suggest shampooing/ changing carpet. Upgrading the living room furniture in the room would also be nice."

"My daughter and I arrived at the hotel late in the evening and there was no staff physically on site after a certain hour, aside from the valet. Once we got to our room, we immediately felt uncomfortable. The layout was extremely claustrophobic and honestly a little frightening. It appeared that what was once a condo or apartment had been divided into multiple rooms. You had to open one main door that led into a very tiny hallway with two separate rooms inside. The hallway was so narrow that it was difficult to even bring our luggage through comfortably. It honestly did not feel safe or properly designed. Because of how uncomfortable and unsafe we felt, we decided to leave immediately rather than stay the night. What has made the experience even more disappointing is that I purchased insurance and have still been repeatedly told the reservation is nonrefundable despite the circumstances. Very disappointing experience overall, and unfortunately not somewhere I would feel comfortable staying with my child."
