This 2 Bedroom condo is a beautiful gem in downtown Ocean City! This property is a short walk to Ocean City's famous boardwalk, amusements, and restaurants. The White Marlin complex offers a beautiful outdoor pool with beautiful bay views. Inside you will find a bright, spacious floorplan with a beautifully designed and fully stocked kitchen. This lovely waterfront space opens up to 2 large bedrooms with a king bed in your primary bedroom and 2 queen beds in the 2nd bedroom. Extending your indoor space outdoors, is your balcony which overlooks the bay. A great spot for conversation or watching the colorful sunset, your balcony offers chairs with connecting tables for your convenience. Bike racks also available in the garage.

Towel sets include one (1) bath towel, one (1) hand towel and one (1) wash cloth per guest up to the maximum occupancy.

A fine place to stay.

I have stayed at this bldg about 7 times since it was built in the 1980's. Always had fine memories here and God willing will come back again in the future. A nice place for this old crippled guy. Love it and always will.

Great Location and Perfect Stay

Great location to the beach and board walk! The space was a great fit for my family, and the parking was a huge plus. The rental company had great communication. Overall great place you stay, just note that the linens are not included in the stay.

**Warning** check out process is a huge hassle. They send you a ton of fine print, AFTER you book and would have never agreed to. Your only option would be to cancel your vacation and wait two weeks for a refund if you don’t agree. Check out is an HOUR away in traffic and the key needs to be physically returned… you can’t leave the key in the unit because they only have one set. Check out is at 10am but the key needs to be returned to NORTH OCMD by 10:15- meaning you realistically need to be out of the unit by 8:30-9am. If you are late, they charge you $50 per every 15 minutes. The place looks nice but everything inside is very cheap quality. They spent a lot of effort in making it look nicer than it is. They also skimp to save money in other places that affects the guest. Toilet paper, towels, sheets, even something as basic as a hand towel to dry your hands after washing don’t come with and you don’t find out until after booking. Overall would not ever visit again. We’ve been going to OCMD for every year for the past 20 years and have never had these issues with other bookings. They try to gauge every little penny they can out of you by imposing additional rules and regulations. What legit company doesn’t have an additional set of keys for their housekeeping to use?? None, is the answer, because this place is a scam.

Beautiful property with a view!

We loved the view, the pool and all the amenities. Very clean and the beach and great food is a short walk away. We loved watching all the boats. Great location! Would come again!

Great location

No fault owner, not sure cleaning service, but dirty dishes in dishwasher when arrived. Otherwise great clean place. Awesome location near OC boardwalk and beautiful view of bay.

Property was just as advertised. Clean and well maintained. Great location. Check in was easy, check out confusing. Property manager could clarify procedures to improve experience. Overall a good experience, and we would use them again.
