"New apartment have not been many before us but not ok cleaned after it was build .. Then they come and did normal cleaning and it was bad so we clean self . Then we rented this place because we wanted to make dinner not eat out all time . BUT how shall we make any dinner when it's no things in apartment for it ... One knife was all and that one was so bad that you could not cut a tomato with it "

"It was (is) great. They were very helpful during the russian missile strikes by providing a shelter close by. The staff speak some english but will always use a translation app to communicate. "Wonderful experience at this hotel. We stayed in the business suite the day of our wedding in Kyiv. I contacted the hotel through hotels.com to ask if they could do something special for my new spouse. They had a bottle of bubbly and some delicious chocolates waiting for us. She really liked that! We liked the place so much that we stayed an extra day. Conveniently located by some delicious restaurants. We enjoyed our stay here very much! "
