Great new hotel with a modern and cool design throughout the hotel. There’s also a nice terasse at the top of the hotel where you can relax after a long day in Kiev.

Overall our stay at Bursa Hotel was good. The hotel is within walking distance to the metro & it is in a nice area. The lady that checked us in & out was very friendly and helpful & she always had a smile on her face. Breakfast was good, the room was clean. There were, however, a couple of issues: 1.The temperature in the room was too warm for me & I did request a few times to the staff to lower the temperature but it was still too warm (for some reason we weren't able to adjust the thermostat in the room) 2. The bottom of the bathroom shower glass had a leak, so everytime we took a shower there would be a puddle of water on the bathroom floor.

Great hotel with a modern\industrial rustic interior design. The hotel location is not the best, but the vibes made it up for it. The staff was very nice and welcoming. And the entrance is casual and there's always different people either sitting or eating or whatever. I would recommend the hotel only for younger guests (20, 30 year olds).

Bursa hotel offers a unique stay at the heart of Kyiv. However, the only thing that bothered me are the washrooms as it offers no privacy at all. Other than that it was an amazing hotel and an amazing room.

One of the best hotels in Kyiv. Beautiful contemporary interior design, with attention to detail. The staff is very friendly and helpful, and the food is great. I've stayed before, and I was really looking to the tasty buffet breakfast, but because of sanitary measures for COVID is now a la carte, and even better. The library is a great place to get some work done.

Nice Friendly Place Away from Home

The Hotel was good. The service provided was awesome. The people working at the hotel were awesome and they made made my stay a very happy one. The wifi connection in the room to my computer had issues but the wifi on my phones were okay. However, the IT manager, Sergei helped me with it and he mentioned that they were in the process of replacing the routers. Thank you Sergei. It was a beautiful and lively hotel in the Podil area of Kiev which was a nice area to be in. A very lively hotel with the privacy of a nice hotel and the liveliness of a hostel. You could feel thr vibrations from the train while at the restaurant but I thought it was something interesting to remember. The restaurant and the hotel setup was rather unique. The staff at the hotel, Iryna, Antonina, Mark, Arthem & Nastya(at the restaurant), Bogdan and not forgetting Enya showed me what hospitality was all about and made my stay a memorable one.They made me feel special like a friend and I felt that I had to write this to thank them.

Great hotel. Great location. Great staff. Everything great. Can't find anything to complain... Maybe the included breakfast was a bit on the simple side, but you could order whatever was missing, so no biggie... Close to everything and close to subway.

The style, design of the hotel is great, however there were a few things that really bugged me, i.e. the stopper/softener for the entrance door was inconveniently located on the floor in front of the wardrobe and because u don’t remember it’s there you kick yourself quite often, as well as the distance between a tv and a bed. It’s very narrow and you can bump into one or another. Also because of the location of a tv and a construction/design of the bed , the metal leg is right in the middle of a tv screen so you can’t see a full picture. Cleaning lady shouldn’t change the way you left things, i.e. which shower you prefer to work. Staff is very helpful and friendly, however the staff in a restaurant is very slow and kind of inattentive.

This hotel came up in a ‘family friendly’ list on Expedia. It isn’t. It’s beautiful, spotlessly clean and stylish but a party hotel. For a group of friends happy to be out all hours it would be ideal. We were not. Also beware of booking a windowless room with open bunkbeds. They look nice but this just wasn’t an option for us being stowed away with a 1 year old 7pm-7am with no daylight and a dangerous drop. We were offered another room, which was great but at an additional cost. Unfortunately this turned out to be above a rave come 9pm on Friday. The staff cheerily told us ‘they’ll be a party below your room tonight but there are ear plugs’. Tell that to a one year old. This place needs to decide if it’s a hotel or a nightclub. Fine if you want to blur those boundaries, we didn't.

One of my favorite hotels in the world!

This is not only the best hotel in Kyiv but also one of my favorite hotels in the world. I travel 4 months out of the year and I always get excited to stay here. The staff is awesome and attentive and smart. The area is great. The breakfast is awesome! And they just make you feel at home. I hope they open more hotels!
