"Wonderful experience at this hotel. We stayed in the business suite the day of our wedding in Kyiv. I contacted the hotel through hotels.com to ask if they could do something special for my new spouse. They had a bottle of bubbly and some delicious chocolates waiting for us. She really liked that! "We stayed at Fairmont to celebrate our friend's birthday. Now I think it was perfect place for that. I asked at the reception to make small gift for my friend and you know, hotel provided a bottle of prosecco. It was very kind. The hotel is really luxury. The rooms in classic with huuuuge bathroom. The stuff is very kind and useful, especially waiter Ivan in the restaurant. He made our mornings. As for safety, there is a shelter in the underground parking. There were several air alarms, but we stayed in the rooms as we are locals and have iron balls :). Thank you Fairmont, and may be see you. "
