"The staff are fabulous, very attentive and customer focused. We had an outdoor private bath which was wonderful and highly recommended. Our one complaint is the beds (futon) they were very thin and hard. We did not sleep well. "

"Great hotel. Very close to the Nara Station and can walk down the street for dining and things to do. Room itself was fairly large compared some of our other accommodations. Room was clean and reasonably priced for 2 day stay. "

"Amazing place! I accidentally left my earrings behind and they took the initiative to send them to my next hotel. Truly top-notch service — so impressed!"
"Probably one of the best hotels I've stayed in. Stayed with my wife and 3 year old. We shared 2 'double beds' pushed together (2x king singles). Rooms were small, but they weren't surprisingly small. They were modern, functional and very clean. Two highlights were the blackout blinds (so good that we missed quite a few mornings) and the shower! Damn, that was amazing. I've never had such a powerful and large shower before where no water got on the floor outside! The hotel is on top of a well connected train station and a 24 hour convenience store. It has a small gym which is functional but too tiny, there are some restaurants and bars around, but it's relatively quiet at night. We never had the breakfast there because there was the Familymart downstairs (and a 7/11 and Lawson's very close by). I would definitely recommend this to friends as a great place to stay. I will say though, if we had another child (i.e. 2x adults and 2x kids) it would be way too small. "
"Amazing two days in Osaka. Nice dinner out in the hotel grill restaurant, steak that was meticulously cooked in front of us can’t get any better, we had here one of the best evenings in our lives. Will certainly consider this place for coming back."
