"This hotel is at an excellent location and very well maintained. We had slight challenge with the staff. The AC in the room was not working and upon asking the front desk to swap our room, their first solution was to provide a table fan LOL. We politely told them that they could do way way way better in terms of upholding Hyatt brand and not offer such cheap alternatives for customers who pay high dollars (rather francs in this case ;-) ). Then they agreed to change the room. Rest of the stay beyond this weird experience was absolutely fantastic."

"This property is on a very good location, close to the metro and 3-4 minutes drive from the airport. Breakfast has a lot of options, clean rooms, and comfortable beds. Great for families."

"It was easy to get to from the City Center. Only a 12-minute ride and a 10-minute walk. The staff were friendly and helpful. The restaurant in the hotel was excellent. Overall, a satisfying experience."
