"Nice hotel in the middle of nowhere. Ideal for relaxing because wifi is not working well and there’s no telephone network working nearby because the hotel is situated in the valley. We enjoyed the surroundings though. Breakfast was good. Only negative thing is that you can hear all the voices from the hallway. "

After calling the front desk, we were grudgingly let into the garage "for just a couple minutes". That seemed rude -- not nearly enough time for us to unload and bring our luggage to the front desk. "The hotel receptionist Pedro was fantastic. He was professional, helpful and kind. He should be promoted to manager. The kitchens delivered up delicious food. Our server in the restaurant was forgetful though. We stayed one night in the Design hotel and the other night in the Kroener connected sister hotel. Both of our rooms were beautiful, well decorated, spacious and clean. I recommend these hotels. "
